More than 200 skilled employees contribute a monthly production capacity of 400, 000 batteries. Quality is strictly controlled by 15 QC inspectors under a rigorous quality control system. RMA rate is well controlled less than 1%, and 0.5% is what Firstar pursues ultimately.
